Construction Site Supervision

Construction supervision is an increasingly essential activity in the construction industry, given the complexity of building work today, thus guaranteeing better quality in the final product. At the same time, site supervision is now compulsory in all construction processes. The supervising technician ensures that the work is carried out in accordance with the proposed projects and, where applicable, compliance with the conditions of the license or prior notice. Since we are independent of the builder carrying out the work, we ensure that he does in fact carry out the work accordingly, defending the owner’s position.

Supervisors are responsible for monitoring the work carried out and informing the owner of the work, as well as any situations that need to be corrected, and then checking that these corrections have been made. Although site supervision follows the work and checks that it complies with the approved plans, it is a less comprehensive approach than site management – see this page for this type of service.
