In fact, our team has several technicians specialised in a wide range of areas, including architecture, civil engineering, fire safety, thermal comfort and acoustic insulation, safety on site, self-protection measures and energy certification, working mainly in the municipalities of Lagoa, Silves, Portimão and Albufeira.

This guarantees the right qualification for each type of job.

In addition, we are constantly striving to improve, so our technicians are constantly attending courses and training sessions to ensure that they evolve and adapt to new legislation and new technical solutions. All because we want to give our customers the best.

The best means making life easier for our clients by offering a fully comprehensive service, in which all the steps of a construction project can be handled by us. Although it is also possible to offer solutions without any problem, in which we deal with only part of a process.

In our projects, our technicians come together to create a project that works in all aspects – aesthetic, functional, structural and environmental – guaranteeing a coherence in the project that could not exist in any other way, while at the same time endeavouring to fit in the needs and tastes of the client, the conditions of the space, aesthetic trends, engineering solutions, concern for the environment and, of course, cost.

Paulo Martins

Paulo is the driving force and founder of ProjSul, a dream that was born when he was still a child. He is a Senior Architect and Civil Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in creating and implementing high-quality projects in the Algarve. His passion for his work drives him to constantly seek innovative solutions that meet his clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.

With a keen eye for detail and a creative mind, Paulo Martins stands out with comprehensive experience in architecture and civil engineering, from detailed planning to the final execution of each project.

Throughout the process, be it large or small, we are committed to making your project our priority.

In his vast experience and competence over the years, his expertise is all-encompassing

Having already participated in and developed all types of architectural and engineering projects, namely :

Architectural projects for licensing;

Preliminary studies and sketches;

Execution projects;

Requests for prior information;

Stability projects, water and sewage networks, rainwater networks, gas networks, exterior fittings, thermal comfort, acoustic insulation, ventilation and smoke extraction, fire safety.

Site supervision.

Energy certification and self-protection measures.

Throughout his career at Projsul, Paulo Martins has accumulated a wide range of technical and practical knowledge, particularly in the planning, execution and development of solutions to the sector’s challenges. His experience has been an asset in building solid relationships with clients, as well as partners and suppliers, guaranteeing a collaborative and transparent process in each project.

He invests heavily in his continuous training every year
and has a degree (pre-bologna – 5 years) in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies of the University of Coimbra, and a Master’s degree (post-bologna – 5 years) in Architecture from ISMAT – Instituto Superior Manuel Teixeira Gomes, Lusófona Group;

ADENE: Qualified Expert I nº 882

DGEG: Gas network designer with Licence no. 06/PRG/6559

ANEPC: SCIE designer 3rd and 4th category registered under no. 1301

He also has various training courses, namely in Passive House, Garden Roofs, Rehabilitation, Air Conditioning, Water and Sewerage Networks, LSF and many others.

Joana Martins

Joana is undoubtedly the element that sets our office apart.
A veritable database of legislation covering all building issues, she is what makes us say that if we can’t do it, nobody else can.
Pre-Bologna degree (5 years) in International Relations from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra, Senior Technician in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Level VI.
In an office with hundreds of clients, Joana never forgets a face, a house or a voice. She combines this photographic memory with an above-average ability to resolve all the situations involved in any municipal process.
